NOW I CAN FLY!!

Turning pages this morning, I came across some great news. Now its possible to fly out from my hometown. Its been quite sometime, nearly a year or more that I shared about the international airport coming up in my city, Bhubaneswar. 

Well its ready for more than six months now and have been operational with domestic routes on a trial basis.

Only now the big news rowed in when it got approval for International airport. Soon after four airlines are negotiating for connecting the temple city with the international destinations. 

The news is that Qatar airways would connect to Abu Dhabi, Flydubai to Dubai, Silk air to Singapore and Indigo to Bangkok. 

It has been tough time for me to travel out to my destination always. Like when I went to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, I had to fly Bhubaneswar - New Delhi - Dubai - Sao Paulo - Rio de Janeiro. 

Similarly to reach Hanoi I fly to Bhubaneswar then to Kolkata after to Bangkok and then to Hanoi. 

Like wise to Amman in Jordan, Bhubaneswar - Mumbai - Dubai - Kuwait - Amman

Now it would save me almost a day to fly directly to Kolkata or Dubai etc. 

A true step towards many the world a smaller place to live or should I say travel ;)

So now there I earned many smiles :)
